1. Service Description

dirly.io is a directory submission service. We submit your product listing to online directories on your behalf using the information you provide. We use public submission forms and APIs — we never ask for or store your login credentials to any third-party service.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You must have the right to list the product you submit. Do not submit products you do not own or are not authorized to represent.
• All information you provide must be accurate and not misleading.
• You may not use the service for products that are illegal, harmful, or violate the policies of the directories we submit to.

4. Payments & Pricing

All purchases are one-time payments processed through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are listed on our website and may change at any time. Changes do not affect existing orders.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no submissions have been started. Once directory submissions begin, refunds are no longer available because the work cannot be undone.

6. No Guarantee of Acceptance

We submit your product to every directory included in your plan, but each directory has its own review and moderation process. We cannot guarantee that any particular directory will accept or publish your listing. Rejection by a directory does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit (product name, description, logo, etc.). By using the service, you grant us permission to share that content with the directories we submit to on your behalf.

8. Limitation of Liability

dirly.io is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of dirly.io after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
